Engineered for load-bearing. Meets compaction specs standard fill doesn't. What inspectors require.

Fill dirt starts at $10/yard in Texas, $15/yard in Colorado — delivered by dump truck. Topsoil is $17-22/yard, structural fill $20-25/yard. All prices include delivery. 10 yard minimum. Volume discounts on 100+ yards.
Fill dirt is for structure: holes, grade changes, backfill. Topsoil is for growth: lawns, gardens, planting. If it needs to grow, topsoil. If it needs to be stable, fill.
Length × width × depth in feet ÷ 27 = cubic yards. 20×30×1ft = 22 yards. Add 10-15% for compaction. Pool removal: 80-150 yards. Yard leveling: 15-30 yards.
24-48 hours standard. Same-day for orders before 10 AM. Monday-Saturday, 7 AM-5 PM.
