We market and sell your export dirt to our buyers, keep a platform fee on each sale (lower on bigger plans), and pay you the rest. The Sell-or-Dump Guarantee means a load that doesn’t sell in time gets a free dump site instead of a tipping fee.

Guarantee terms
How the Sell-or-Dump Guarantee works
Free dump site covers tipping fees at an FDNM-approved site within your plan’s radius. Clean fill only. Hauling not included. The full terms are in your membership agreement, which you get before you pay anything.
Sell window
We get a set time to sell a listed load: 7 days on Starter, 5 days on Pro, 3 days on Fleet, 48 hours on Enterprise. If it hasn’t sold, you can request a free dump site.
Clean fill only
Clean fill and soil with a signed attestation. No contaminated soil, debris, concrete, asphalt, organics or C&D unless the assigned site accepts it. Fleet, Enterprise and large loads may need a lab soil test.
Radius
The free site will be within your plan’s radius of the job: 15, 25, 35 or 50 miles by tier. If no approved site is in range, you get a credit equal to the local average dump fee, or membership time.
Annual cap
Free dumping plus sales are capped each year at your tier’s cubic-yard limit. Sales over the cap are never blocked; we’ll suggest an upgrade.
Hauling not included
The guarantee covers the tipping fee only. You haul to the site, or book hauling at our rates.
Site rules apply
Dumps are scheduled through us and get a ticket. Each site’s hours, truck types and load tickets apply, and site inspectors can reject loads. Rejected loads and walk-ins aren’t covered. We may change a site assignment.
Responsibility for material
Members are responsible for what they haul. Contaminated or misrepresented material is the member’s liability and can end the membership.
Working directly with buyers
Buyers you meet through Fill Dirt Near Me are ours to serve for 12 months: no going around the platform.

We already take orders from homeowners, contractors and developers who need fill. Member material fills those orders at our posted prices. We quote the buyer, collect payment, and dispatch, and your share is paid out after delivery.
What does the Sell-or-Dump Guarantee actually cover?
If your listed load doesn’t sell inside your plan’s sell window, we assign a free FDNM-approved dump site within your plan’s radius and cover the tipping fee. Hauling isn’t included, clean fill only, and site rules apply. If there’s no approved site in range, you get a credit equal to the local average dump fee.
What does it cost?
Starter is $1,500 a year, Pro $4,950, Fleet $12,000, and Enterprise is custom from $25,000. We also keep a fee on each sale: 15%, 10%, 7% or 5% depending on the tier. Monthly billing is available for 10% more over the year.
What is the Founding Member rate?
Sign up before December 31, 2026 and get 20% off, with that price locked for 2 years.
Which tier do I need?
Pick by the cubic yards you move each year: up to 10,000 is Starter, 10,001 to 50,000 Pro, 50,001 to 150,000 Fleet, and above that Enterprise. If you go over, you can keep selling and we’ll suggest an upgrade.
