Why it works
- 01
20% off, locked for 2 years
Founding Member pricing applies to any plan requested before December 31, 2026, and holds at that rate for your first 2 years.
- 02
Be listed before spring
Buyers start ordering fill as soon as the weather turns. Members set up over the winter are the first material we send out when the season starts.
- 03
Turn dump fees into income
Every load we sell is a tipping fee you don’t pay plus revenue you didn’t have. That’s the real return, and it shows up in your margins, not just your books.

FAQ
Year-end questions
What do I have to do before December 31 to get the Founding rate?
Request your package on this page before 11:59 PM Eastern on December 31, 2026. Your Founding Member rate is held for that request while we confirm your counties and volume.
Can I pay before the end of the year?
Yes. Tell us when you request your package and we’ll send your agreement and invoice right away, annual or monthly.
Is the membership tax deductible?
Membership fees may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax professional.
What if my dirt doesn’t sell?
If a listed load doesn’t sell inside your plan’s sell window, we assign a free FDNM-approved dump site within your plan’s radius and cover the tipping fee. Hauling isn’t included, clean fill only, and site rules apply.
Which plan should I pick?
Pick by the cubic yards you move each year: up to 10,000 is Starter, 10,001 to 50,000 Pro, 50,001 to 150,000 Fleet, and above that Enterprise. The calculator on this page recommends one from your numbers.
