Free Dirt Dump in Golden
Getting rid of dirt in Golden usually means paying twice: a long haul, then a tipping fee at a landfill or transfer station. Clean fill doesn't need to go there. Golden's soil is shallow and rocky over the Dakota Hogback sandstone and Morrison Formation, well-drained but harder to excavate, and generally less expansive than the clay-heavy basin soils to the east. Native dirt like that is exactly what other projects across Golden need for grading, pads, and backfill, so our dump sites take clean loads for free. Text us the material, how many yards, and where it's coming from. Once the load is approved, we text you the dump site address and hours. Our sites are active projects that need fill, not public drop points, so locations change with demand and every load is approved before it rolls. That approval step is what keeps the sites legitimate and free. Clean fill means soil, clay, sand, or subsoil from excavation, grading, or foundation work. No trash, roots or stumps, concrete or rebar, treated wood, or material from a demolition or contaminated site. If you don't have a truck, or your dirt doesn't qualify, we haul it off from $20/yard instead.
